  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Tita's Cakes offers the option to cancel orders with a full refund, provided that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided via email ( prior to the scheduled pick-up date. In the event that less than 48 hours' notice is given for a cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee based on the total order amount will be applied. Please note that once a refund has been initiated, it may take between 1 to 10 business days for the funds to be successfully credited to your account.
  • What time am I able to pick up my order?
    You can choose your preferred pick up time at checkout. Wednesday to Friday - Open for pick up from 10:30am - 6pm. Saturday to Sunday - Open for pick up from 10am - 5pm.
  • How many days notice do we need to give?
    Our website's functionality is designed to automatically display the earliest available pick-up date. Please be advised that Tita's team kindly requests a minimum of 5 days notice for all online pre-orders.
  • Do you deliver?
    Please note: Deliveries can be organised at the cost & risk of the customer. Titas Cakes will not be responsible for any delivery delay’s, live tracking, or damages. When arranging your booking please request that couriers handle cakes with care & ensure the safe handling at each stage of transportation. Please check your delivery upon receipt to ensure your satisfaction at the time of delivery handover. Couriers that offer this service are:
  • I'm allergic to nuts. Does your product contain nuts?
    We would like to bring to your attention that, despite our diligent efforts to minimise cross-contamination, we utilise shared equipment in the production of all our culinary offerings. Consequently, it is important to note that all our products may contain trace amounts of nuts, egg, and dairy. For individuals with heightened concerns or significant allergies to specific food items, we respectfully recommend exercising caution by refraining from consumption. Should you decide to partake in our culinary offerings, we wholeheartedly encourage it, and we are committed to providing comprehensive assistance in navigating our menu safely. We urge you to exercise vigilance, seek guidance from our knowledgeable staff, and carefully review the allergy information provided within each product description. Please be advised that the following flavours incorporate peanuts: Creamy Yema cupcake, Creamy Yema cake, Ube Yema cupcake, and Ube Yema cake.
  • Do you have any halal products?
    We would like to clarify that none of our products are certified as halal. If you have any specific dietary requirements or concerns, please feel free to inquire about our product ingredients, and we will be more than happy to provide you with the information you need to make an informed choice
  • Do you do custom cakes?
    No we do not offer custom cakes.
  • How long do the cakes & cupcakes last for?
    Cupcakes & cakes can last up to 4 - 5 days if refrigerated in an air tight container.
  • Privacy Policy
    We assure you that your information, which you entrust to us, will never be disclosed or shared with any third parties. It is important to note that we neither have access to nor retain any credit card details. All credit card transactions are securely and encryptedly processed through Wix Payments, providing you with the utmost data protection and peace of mind.
