Tita's Cakes offers the option to cancel orders with a full refund, provided that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided via email (titascakessyd@gmail.com) prior to the scheduled pick-up date. In the event that less than 48 hours' notice is given for a cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee based on the total order amount will be applied. Please note that once a refund has been initiated, it may take between 1 to 10 business days for the funds to be successfully credited to your account.

You can choose your preferred pick up time at checkout. Wednesday to Friday - Open for pick up from 10:30am - 6pm. Saturday to Sunday - Open for pick up from 10am - 5pm.
